About Us

Ore + Earth Studios

Founded in 2025, Ore + Earth Studios is a combination of Gallery and Workshop for the Shelter Island art community. Created by Liliandra Viviolo and Pauline Fink, the gallery boasts more than 25 local artists. The mediums range from jewelry and ceramics, to paintings and fiber art. The workshop is home to classes that aim to boost and inspire creativity. Guest teachers include artists, and specialists in their respective fields.

Liliandra Vivolo

Liliandra started her jewelry career at Alchimia, contemporary jewelry school in Florence, Italy in 2019 and has been training for the past 5 years under mentor Lois Gore, certified GIA gemologist and goldsmith of 40 years. 

Liliandra is inspired by nature in all forms. Prioritizing slow process, intuitive creation, and formation by human hand. Reflecting mother natures process itself, each movement and step is sacred to the whole. All contributing to the final molecular structure, the final vibration that is carried with and emanated through the wearer/holder.

Pauline Fink

Shelter island based ceramicist and mixed media artist, Pauline was raised in East Hampton, on the south fork of Long Island. Her art is meant to be whimsical, playful, and reflects her attitude of not taking life too seriously.

"Creating and making things has always been my way of maintaning my sanity, and my most prized form of self care. Therefore the only thing that made sense was to create a place to facilitate other people to do the same. "
