About Us

Ore + Earth Studios

Founded in 2025, Ore + Earth Studios is workshop and shared art studio for the Shelter Island art community. The membership based studio is a place for local artists to do their work and commune with other artists. The workshop is home to classes that aim to boost and inspire creativity. Guest teachers include artists, and specialists in their respective fields.

Pauline Fink

Shelter island based ceramicist and mixed media artist, Pauline was raised in East Hampton, on the south fork of Long Island. Her art is meant to be whimsical, playful, and reflects her attitude of not taking life too seriously.

"Creating and making things has always been my way of maintaning my sanity, and my most prized form of self care. Therefore the only thing that made sense was to create a place to facilitate other people to do the same. "
